Born and brought up in Kolkata, his OOH career literally took him on an outdoor voyage starting from Delhi with Selvel Media all the way to the Middle East with Emirates Neon and back to India in Mumbai with Ogilvy & Mather, India. He served for over a decade and reached the topmost position as President, Ogilvy Action- India

Nabendu’s entrepreneurial dream saw the light of the day in October 2009 when he launched Milestone Brandcom. Through strategic planning, innovative technology and creative solutions, Milestone Brandcom completely transformed the outdoor landscape to bring about a forward looking, healthy and positive outlook, towards the industry.

In 2014, Nabendu’s vision for Milestone emerged into a reality. Milestone Brandcom partnered equity with Dentsu Aegid Network in July 2014 which was the largest and first of its kind in India.

Presently his passion for change and vision for a better OOH ecosystem moved him to launch Ideacafe.agency which is focused on reimagining the out of home ecosystem as we know it.
